The Gartenhotel, a lodge with a rich heritage, is looking for a new owner - and just 10 € gives you the chance to become a proud hotelier and the owner of an estate worth more than 4 million €.
The winner will get an additional seed money in the amount of 50.000 EUR.
The grand prize of this competition is:
- a huge plot measuring more than 4,500 m² and another neighboring plot with more than 7,000 m²
- a generously sized hotel building (each of the 20 rooms offers between 30 and 60 m² floor space)
- a gorgeous Koi garden with several ponds and more than 100 valuable Japanese Koi carp
- three modern condominiums (totaling nearly 300 m²)
Decades of hard work and love of detail were devoted to develop this lovely estate. And now the lack of a family heir has prompted the owners to go this route in seeking a successor.

All you have to do is compete in our knowledge quiz for a 10 € entry fee. Then you can move up round for round to reach the finals. We will determine the winner on site from among the best competitors.
